Not only couldn’t I access the system, I’d been informed that the rates had changed (been raised) AND as a result, I’d have to make changes to the greeting on my 800 number AND change text and information on all of my sites. Yes, ALL 30 plus of them. *Dramatic Sigh*

So I’ve been hard at work making the necessary changes, of which I’ve barely touched a dent yet, lol… But we’re not through yet! That little matter of pricing…. You’re going to see it all over the site for the time being. For now, until I can get one of my lovely webmasters to change the hard coded text on my site, it’s listed at the new price, which is $2.50/minute with a $4 connection charge. Personally? I think it’s a little high. Is there any flexibility? Nope. Hence, I’ve partnered with another billing platform and will be set up with them by the beginning of next week.
